Abstract

Three birds trapped in western Victoria in 2002 as part of the cockatoo-management programppeared to be Long-billed Corella Cacatua tenuirostris X Sulphur-crested Cockatoo C. galerita hybrids. This evidence suggests that interbreeding between these species occurs in the wild.
