Abstract
Some agonistic behaviour, foraging, prey items and nest-trees of the Brahminy Kite Haliastur indus, and additional information on a double-brooding pair of Brown Goshawks Accipiter fasciatus, in suburban Darwin, Northern Territory, are recorded. The exotic African Mahogany Khaya senegalensis tree is a popular nest-tree for the Kite and for the three Accipiter hawks in Darwin. The Rufous Owl Ninox rufa formerly bred in the Darwin Botanic Gardens, but has not done so since the nest-tree there was pruned.
