Abstract
Previously undescribed aspects of breeding and juvenile plumage of the Grey Goshawk Accipiter novaehollandiae in the Northern Territory are described. Two pairs nested in estuarine mangroves in Darwin, and one pair nested in an exotic tree in the suburbs, with ~4 km between each neighbouring nest. One pair laid eggs in February and again in September, fledging young in April and November, thus nesting successfully twice within 9 months. Including a brood in the latter half of 2011, this pair nested successfully three times within 17 months.
