Notes on the Status of Little Curlew Numenius minutus in the Darwin Area, Northern Territory, 1974-1985

Abstract

Little Curlews Numenius minutus arrive in Darwin in September and depart in December, moving inland. Their occurrence in other months is exceptional. They do not normally stop on the Darwin coastal plains on their return migration.
